What type of information do we collect?


We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website, including email, name, and address.  If you purchase a membership, workshop, or publication from us, we do not see your credit card information, only a third-party credit card service does.

When you use our contact form to send us an email, we collect your name and email, along with any other information provided in the message.  When you sign up for an email or postcard Annual Sale notification, we collect the needed contact information, either an email or a mailing address.  When you purchase a membership, we collect your name, address, email, and other information requested on the membership form.  When you purchase a membership, workshop, or publication, we collect your name, email, and shipping address, if required.  Your information will only be used for the specific reasons we state on the page where you entered your information.

We collect the information in order to provide you with the service or information you request.

How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?


Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

 

If you signed up for our Annual Sale email or postcard mailing list, that is the only thing we will contact you about.  If you used our Contact form to email us, we will correspond with you about your inquiry.  If you submitted a membership form, we will send you all normal membership communications.

We do not use cookies or any other tracking tool.
