An internationally known and award-winning weaver, she is known for her garments which have been juried into Convergence since 2008. Denise focuses on parallel threadings, collapse weave techniques, painted warps and deflected double weave.
Award-winning hand spinner, she loves to take a project from raw fleece to finished project, and has brought two teams to success in the "Sheep to Shawl" competition. She writes for major publications and repairs antique spinning wheels in her spare time!
Lives in LA, Cameron is deeply involved in textile arts and education. Her work has been featured in many of the prominent textile magazines. She also curated the critically acclaimed exhibition Material Meaning: A Living Legacy of Ani Albers.
A fiber generalist who specializes in spinning, knitting and weaving. She is the fiber author of The Fleece and Fiber Sourcebook. She has a DVD set available on Long Threads and a free class on wool types available on Craftsy.com
A textile artist, teacher, and writer, Tien has won many awards for her work. She has an active blog, and teaches and writes about color and all of its variables. Her Kodachrome jacket was featured on the cover of Handwoven magazine.
