The Annual Meeting will be held in Westborough at our regular meeting location.

Annual Meeting

At the Annual Meeting, Committee Chairpersons deliver their annual report to the membership, special awards are presented, ratings are awarded and the new slate of officers is voted in. 

Potluck Luncheon

Everyone may participate in our Pot Luck Luncheon. Members are asked to bring a mug, plate, eating utensils, a (handwoven) napkin and placemat, a special dish such as bread, salad, a main dish, or a dessert that serves four to six people --- along with the appropriate serving utensils. Coffee and tea will be provided. If your Guild Number is below 1000 or your birth date is before 1923, please be our guest. You are exempt from bringing a food contribution.

Fashion Show

All Guild members are encouraged to participate in our Annual Fashion Show. Artists are asked to bring with their fashions a brief description of each piece that will be read by the commentator. Fashions may be modeled by the weaver or a friend. Treat us to as many pieces as you wish.

Guest Speaker

A special presentation will be given by our guest speaker.
