Barbara Herbster is a long-standing member of WGB, serving as dean 1994 - 1996.  She is currently chair of the ratings program and teaches guild workshops almost every year.  In the winter of 2009 she reduced the guild board to helpless laughter when she appeared sporting a fanciful bra to make her pitch for the Loving Cups program.  Approval for this serious cause was instant once the board recovered!

Barbara is a member of the Cambridge Artists' Cooperative, a gallery for fine art works.  She does all her weaving on her trusty computer-assisted Macomber loom.
